It’s shareholder season, that time of year when shareholders attend annual meetings to question CEOs about business decisions.

For far too long left-wing groups have dominated shareholder meetings through protests and filing shareholder proposals.

This year CEOs will be feeling some heat from the right.

I will be joining my husband Tom Borelli, Director of the Free Enterprise Project — an initiative of the National Center for Public Policy Research — at a number of shareholder meetings this spring.  FreedomWorks grassroots activists will also play a role in holding CEOs accountable for their progressive business strategies.

TheStreet.com wrote a brief preview of upcoming meetings including Goldman Sachs, Duke Energy and General Electric.
