University of Virginia starts investigation into anti-Semitic harassment of student. Following an open letter to the University paper, administration officials opened the investigation. After being hospitalized after a hazing incident that had anit-Semitic overtones, a racial slur was written on his door and his Israeli flag was stolen.

Pressure building on Illinois sheriff to step down after posting anti-Semitic and anti-gay slurs on Facebook. Schuyler County Sheriff Don Scheiferdecker commented on the picture of a co-worker, jokingly calling him a “little fag Jew boy.”
