An 11-year-old Hispanic girl suffered a brutal gang rape that began in the bedroom and bathroom of a house and ended in a filthy abandoned trailer strewn with garbage and debris. When the news broke, New Black Panther Party leader Quanell X showed up in the small Texas town for a victim blaming, race baiting hate rally in defense of the 18 black men charged with the crime.
