Taking On The Left, Six List Posts At A Time

Michael van der Galien was born in the Dutch city of Leeuwarden in 1984. For as long as he can remember, he has been obsessed with the United States. When he was 17 years old, he started blogging - of course about America. His articles have been published at Big Hollywood, Pajamas Media, Hot Air (the GreenRoom) and Right Across The Atlantic. He's also an editor for the Dutch conservative blog, De Dagelijkse Standaard.

A lot happened in the world last week. The protests in Egypt continued, at least partially fired by the radical Muslim Brotherhood. Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak told the opposition he would not run for reelection later this year. He had, he said, served his country long enough, the time has come for someone else to take over.

Apparently that was not enough for the Brotherhood. These friends of Hamas want Mubarak to go – now. After all, if you want to turn a country into a theocracy, there’s no better time to seize power than in the middle of a major crisis, when there is nobody else able to bring stability and some form of security.

Because of the crisis in Egypt, we published a couple of extra list posts this past week, focusing on the ongoing protests, the movements behind them and their aspirations, and the Left’s often silly reactions to the ‘revolution.’ If you haven’t read these posts yet, be sure to do so now. They are:

1) “6 Historical Reasons Why The Muslim Brotherhood Must Not Be Allowed Into Power In Egypt” by Chris Queen and,

2) “The Top 6 Stupid Things The Left Is Saying About Egypt” by Diane Schrader.

Since a new week started today, we also just published six whole new list posts. If these don’t get leftists’ panties up in a bunch, I don’t know what will. Every single one of them is fascinating, witty and well-researched. As always, be sure to read them, bookmark them and refer to them whenever a leftist attacks conservatives or conservatism.

Are you considering moving to another state? Before you go anywhere, you’d better make sure you won’t end up in some leftist hellhole such as, say, Hollywood. Read the “5 Best and 5 Worst Places for Conservatives to Live” to help you find a new place to call home. And if you’re already living in one of the five best states for conservatives, just stay put. Trust me, the grass is not always greener on the other side.

Great news! The founder of the ultra-left feminist website Feministing has announced she’s putting her brain child up for adoption. You see, Jessica recently turned 32, and that’s just too darn old to be a good femisogynists. Although we’re all celebrating the fact that we won’t have to put up with her rants any longer, there’s also bad news: other feminazis will continue doing what Jessica did so well for so many years. Her disciples are ready and just as willing as the Godmother of extremist feminism to trash men and to tell women they’re victims of a patriarchal system that has to be destroyed – against literally all cost.

In honor of Valenti’s departure, our very own Cassy Fiano collected “The Top 10 Craziest Posts at Feministing.” Before you click on that link a minor warning: there’s some seriously diabolical stuff in there, including support for gendercide – because there are just too many men on this planet.

Did you ever wonder what causes a man to kill his own wife or even his daughter? Read Phyllis Chestler’s “Inside the Mind of an Islamist: 5 Keys to the Psychology of an Honor Killer” to find out what happens when Islamofascism, traditions from the dark ages combined with a perpetual feeling of victimhood – at best – meet modern day life and women who refuse to settle for tyranny, oppression and fear, forced on them by their fathers, brothers and husbands. Chestler’s article is one of the most interesting list posts we’ve published thus far. What else you were planning to do today, make sure you read it.

In the meantime, the war on conservatives continues unabated on the nation’s campuses. From Ivy League schools to some liberal arts college no one ever heard about, conservatives are under siege. Dare to disagree with progressive orthodoxy and you’re silenced and vilified. Read Diane Schrader’s “Top 10 Campus ThoughtCrimes – PC Police Attack Free Speech and Common Sense” to discover just how dictatorial the Commissariat controlling America’s universities are.

A lot has been said and written about George Soros in the last couple of months. Especially Fox News’ Glenn Beck did a tremendous job unmasking the man who, among other things, destroyed the British pound sterling; just because he could and because it was so much fun. There is more about the leftist multi-billionaire’s political activities, however, that need to be exposed. In the “Top 5 Revolutions Backed by George Soros,” NewsReal Blog‘s Lisa Graas explains how the godfather of today’s leftist movement destroys every country he lays his eyes on. From Serbia to Georgia, and from Turkey to Egypt: wherever Soros goes, nations are ruined.

Lastly, most of the ‘stars’ we hear about these days are radical progressives, who tend to be to the left of Karl Marx. But this does not go for everybody, especially not for football players. Unlike the spoiled actors you see in the average television show or movie, many of these athletes actually possess something called common sense. They’re conservative and refuse to be silent about it. Who are they, you ask? Read Chris Queen’s “The Top 7 Conservative Football Stars” to find out.

And those are NewsReal Blog‘s list posts published today. Enjoy!

Update! We have a special bonus list published later today. Be sure and check out Jeff Dunetz’s The 7 Lamest Charges of Anti-Semitism Directed At Glenn Beck By Media Matters and The George Soros Left.
