Thnak you Mr. Horowitz for pointing that no university admissions of administation sits around planning to keep out black kids. The idea of that is as dumb as saying women still have no rights in the workplace and had we, there would be women like Oprah and Martha.

Every child, no matter color or race, is born with talents and know-how. We all must work hard at what we have been given inside and make something great of it. It takes hard work to study, hard work to acquire knowledge and then an understanding of it, but in the end, every human being has it and can do anything if they try. We don't need a quota insult to tell us we cannot make it without government help. That is an insult.
