While this may be a man they could appreciate, let’s face it; he has yet to be discovered out there except on a variety of YouTube clips. That took me to one more possibility in uncovering the mystery of what Progressive women want. Maybe what they really want is a man who cries….crocodile tears. This is a man who not only represents all of their treasured Progressive dreams and “struggles,” but this man can turn tears on and off at the drop of a hat. Case in point:
Yes, Bill Clinton, accused of sexual harrassment and inappropriate liasons , master of crocodile tears, is apparently the darling of the Progressive woman.
In concluding my little study, it then appears that Progressive women do not have a problem with men crying after all. It’s just that the man needs to be a fellow Progressive and skilled at turning on crocodile tears. There seems to be no place in their hearts for a man who sincerely sheds tears when he feels the weight of responsibility he has just taken on for his country. There is obviously no respect for a man who would cry for those who have yet to enjoy the American dream.
Maybe I need another trip to The View’s Feminist Sensitivity Reeducation Camp, because I’m just not getting it.
