So far, the only real beneficiary of this quest for fairness has been the government. They have sucked money out of the private sector and flung it into a bottomless pit of social programs. They have purchased unprecedented numbers of welfare dependants with the same skill of an inner city crack dealer. What will Americans burn when the cash stops coming?
The Clowerd-Piven model of overburdening the system in order to bring it down, has turned America into a house of cards. We are teetering on the brink of collapse. Communists leaders embedded in this administration, like Van Jones, have openly articulated their plan for revolution. Jones went so far as to say that it is time to “grab the whip and run the plantation.” He goes even further by referring to Republicans as “dumb” and as “our enemies.” The communist backgrounds, ties and philosophies of the current administration are out in the open for all to see. They have been honest about their intentions. There is pigs head on a stick warning us about the future.
America seems slow to accept the horrible reality that a framework was embedded into Democratic legislation over the past two years and that it will eventually cost us our country and freedom. We are being pushed in the same direction as as other western nations- eastern style, “government knows best” tyranny. Power is being consolidated into the hands of fewer and fewer people. The crisis de jour breakdown of the west is being used as the mechanism to scrap independent nations and herd them into a globalist framework.
The character of Ralph in Lord of the Flies, becomes the final hold out against the abandonment of reason for the savage, survivalist life that was adopted by the boys to ease their fears. He is ultimately hunted down by the tribe. They go so far as to set fire to the island in order to find and kill him. Just when all seems lost and Ralph’s death seems imminent, salvation arrives in the form of a soldier.
We find ourselves in a similar situation. The battle lines have been drawn and the world seems ready to abandon individual freedom and reason for a collective, global government. Time will tell if America joins the global tribe or remains the last holdout for freedom. I am eager to turn the page on this period of our history. I hope that I am surprised with a happy ending.
