Cindy McCain, the leftist duct-tape-mouthed gay rights activist wife of Senator John McCain is fighting Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell. Cindy McCain is starring in a guilt-fed celebrity video accusing the U.S. government, and America, of encouraging Americans to bully homosexuals.

The ludicrous accusation might be considered a stand-up one-liner on Comedy Central if it weren’t so unhinged.   Mrs. McCain is not kidding.  Her rationale for such nutty allegations is “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” is cruel and unfair to gays serving in the armed forces.  Cindy McCain further asserts civilian gays are constantly bullied and treated “like second-class citizens.”  Which is why straight women, such as myself, have many gay male friends, whom we adore, and see as human beings, not the freaks Mrs. McCain insinuates all Americans envision gays to be.

Cindy McCain and NOH8 activists are fighting the U.S. Code 654 prohibiting open homosexuality in the military.  “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” does not ban gays from serving; the law specifies one’s sexuality must remain private or that serviceman or servicewoman can be discharged.  Code 654 lists rules for serving that are meant to protect the nation as well as the soldier, but activists view such laws as homophobic civil rights infringements.

According to the New York Times, Mrs. McCain, a gay rights activist, is retaliating against Washington leaders, such as her husband, who blocked the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” repeal, by joining Hollywood celebrities to make a promotional “anti-bullying” video slamming the government and accusing America of mistreating gays.  McCain and her Hollywood harpies, who constantly look for the next best cause for self-promotion, argue that  America forces gays to live as “second-class citizens” with “no hope for a future,” because “they can’t get married,” “they can’t adopt children,” and “they can’t serve our country openly,” despite the fact many gays are married, have adopted children, and serve in the military.

NOH8 leftist videos openly promote untruths, falsely asserting  America is “telling bullies that what they’re doing [to gays] is acceptable.”

Mrs. McCain goes so far as to accuse the government of encouraging Americans to bully and segregate homosexuals:

Our government treats the LGBT community like second class citizens–why shouldn’t they [bullies]?

As opposed to the gay Congressman Barney Frank, who bullies like a pit bull during congressional hearings.  And we never see House suicides after those rhetorically slobbering debacles.
