Almost 70 percent of black children are born to single mothers.  Those mothers are far more likely than married mothers to be poor…They are also more likely to pass that poverty on to their children…it is a largely low-income—and disproportionately black—phenomenon.  The vast majority of higher-income women wait to have their children until they are married.  The truth is that we are now a two-family nation, separate and unequal—one thriving and intact, and the other struggling, broken, and far too often African-American.

Black women can thank their glorified Messianic president for reinstating welfare for life.  Obama’s policies shoved black women further into poverty, telling them they can’t survive without government hand-outs rather than jobs and education.

Low-income women aren’t seeing the true deception: government policies purposely hold blacks down, making them believe poverty is their curse rather than government affliction.

Instead of exposing this, Patterson continues playing the segregation allegation.

Patterson ignores 40 years of lies.  The result? Nearly 70 percent of black children are born out of wedlock.  The lack of married, heterosexual black parents raising, disciplining, and teaching children by example fosters modern-day slavery.

Patterson disagrees with the statistics shown by Hymowitz, insisting blacks need government supervision to help the black family achieve liberation:

Policy has a crucial role to play in remedying this persisting source of black inequality: housing policies vigorously focused on desegregation; educational policies that aim at reversing the escalating resegregation of public schools; and renewed emphasis on antidiscrimination laws, especially in housing and employment.

If blacks are segregated, it’s because government programs only “talk about [black] children not as the offspring of individual mothers and fathers responsible for rearing them, but as an oppressed class living in generic, nebulous, and never-to-be-analyzed ‘families.’”

This “segregation” keeps black teens focused on pregnancies enabled by government funded organizations, brainwashing girls into single-mothered family cycles. That’s why “this generation [of black teens is] used to seeing children growing up without fathers, and they [feel] no shame about arriving at the maternity ward with no rings on their fingers, even at 15.”

Hey, at least poor ghetto girls have their “black pride” instead of personal responsibility instilling human pride.

If you want to destroy people, convince them they can’t achieve because of who they are.

234 years later, black women are in a new bondage: government polices are denying them independence, destroying their personal liberties, and fostering more black poverty and the crime it creates.  If segregated black America survives, this is the reason.

Isn’t that what slavery was?
