Elizabeth Warren will be writing the laws and regulations and the Fed will be paying for it so Congress has no say. ("Paying" with the money that they usually pay to the Treasury.)

On this Cloward and Piven, I don't know why no one has mentioned the word treason. We have freedom of speech, so that the philosophy can be discused and the dangers noted. Glen Beck has exposed it and we can discuss it here but, If your actualy implimenting the policy that demands that America be deliberty bankrupted for the purpose of substituting a new government, why isn't that treason. Treason is not protected free speach. I have seen blogs where people want to charge Obama with treason. but, to me that's like charging a murder for a crime befor there has been an investigation, on what evidence will he be charged.

For months now, bits and pieces have been written about the current administration, and the promised "Change" forthcoming. Having Liz Blaine's article in David's Blog is the greatest thing I've read on the entire scenario. The work done to research the many facets of this administration, and put it into one concise, logical order, had to be staggering. Thank you Liz and David. No surprise. The proponents of a global govt knew that the U.S. (who insists on maintaining its sovreignty) could not be taken down militarily – so their objective – do it economically. I remember during the late 80s or early 90s there were still complaints about "redlining" and supposed racial discrimination in lending–as though banks would refuse to take interest payments that went through the "wrong" color of hands! At that time, the default rates were about the same across racial lines, demonstrating that the same lending standards were used regardless of race. But the Dems were demanding that more loans be extended to racial minorities.

Fast-forward about 16-18 years, and the same people who made charges of "redlining" were throwing around allegations of "predatory lending" targeted at minorities. Golly, I wonder how that happened.

The CRA was written to address the redlining "crisis" in the 1970s. The media ran story after story about how the practice of refusing loans to "redlined" areas was racist and unfair. Of course, no one dared mention that it was the Federal Government that drew the red lines in the first place.
