Whether you are a Bible believer or not, some lessons from the Good Book are just common sense for anyone. One of the most important to me is how to discern, and with the corruption we have in Washington right now, this is the time to do so:

Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. – Matthew chap.7

I have to question how someone can endorse a bill that has been written in bad faith, promoted for months with blatant lies, bought with bribes, contained many elements that we were repeatedly promised would not be there, and that Joe Biden admits will lead to their control of insurance companies (another thing we were promised was untrue.)

The health care bill that this administration threatens to “slaughter” us with has been promoted by some with their own brand of religious zeal. Nancy Pelosi has just announced that they are praying to St. Joseph for it to pass. Jim Wallis, esteemed “faith advisor” to Obama, claims we are misinformed and that it will contain no abortion coverage, nor will it be a socialist takeover of the health care system. Hillary Clinton’s fake Catholic group, “Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good” has endorsed the bill, leaving the impression that Catholics approve. (When did she convert, by the way??)

Considering how this bill has been developed, is there any other way to see it besides being bad fruit?  You will know them by their fruit, and this bill has been a rotten apple from day one.
