And besides, it won't be necessary if we eliminate all entitlement programs & government welfare & waste. If we do, our taxes will be reduced by roughly 60%, which mean charitable giving will go through the roof enabling church run charity hospitals & groups like the Salvation Army to go back to doing what they used to do very well. <i>fs</i> Cal;
