crusader…your an idiot. this isn't about reconcilliation, this is about bypassing a direct vote on the bill. that is unconstitutional. it opens up a pandora's box…if they can do this they can make any law they want without a vote. that in affect would constitute a coup..a take over of america by the socialist..blood will flow then…i guarentee you.

If the states would all pass a 10th Ammendment bill, they could drasticly move closer to what the founding fathers had in mind for this great country. They could refuse to participate in any aspect of Obamacare, there would be no worry of gun confiscation, etc. Best of all, this monsterously large government would have no choice but to drasticly reduce its size. Great observation!

That means if we can get a veto proof majority in 2010, we can overturn all of this crap.

Now the odds of getting a veto proof majority are probably between slim & none, however I could still see us overriding an Obama veto if we sufficiently scare the crap out of those not up for reelection in 2010, that they might just vote to override just to save their own pathetic a$$e$.

Me thinks this is something worth mulling over.

Better yet, can't the Supreme Court stop it like they did the counting in Florida?
