Nothing surprises me anymore. Not since I learned that just as 9/11 conspirator held in Guantanomo was not only ready, but eager to plead guilty, the obam administration not only halted the trial of Kalish Sheik Mohammad, but removed presiding Judge Pohl from the bench after Pohl refused to halt the trail and informed obam that he did not have the authority under the Military Commission to do so. In addition, obam's first executive order, immediately after taking office, was to drop all the charges against Al-Nashiri; top al-Qaeda operative, although Nashiri confessed to killing 17 U.S. sailors.

Baghdad Jim (Dr. Jim McDermott – a practicing shrink) has been on this anti-war & anti-military jihad warpath for years – it's his hallmark profile, but it's hard to understand why Washington State voters keep voting for him! Well, more GOP challengers are coming forth to challenge ALL the incumbents (mostly Democrat) in Washington State – let's hope Baghdad Jim's days in Congress are numbered – a walking testimonial to the urgency of term limits!!!

My concern centers around the common behaviors of megalomanics such as Obama. When tested, questioned or defied, they become defensive and violent. His narcissistic behavior was apparent for all to see while he was on the campaign trail as well as at the Healthcare Forum where he repeatedly reminded those that spoke that they did not know what they were saying (even though they had there data and information right) and that his perceptions and conclusions were the only correct ones. Also, the fact that he spoke for a greater length of time than the Republicans, demonstrations contempt of those that were supposedly freely invited to participate. While I recognize that this dog and pony show was politics at there best, my belief in his end goal of a redesigned America by any and all means was solidified. He is now faced with growing and widespread dissent and anger. I am concerned that he may resort to violent means to stem dissent and isolate media coverage and institute policy by executive order.

Just when you think that the Democrats can't get any sillier, they do. At least they were smart enough to try this one during a time when sane people were sidetracked by the health care debates. This is truly an example of the wisdom of saying that "the price of liberty is eternal vigilance." While most of us were watching the Democrats launching their full-blown frontal attack, Hoekstra was smart enough to protect our flanks.

I think that Obama is under the mistaken belief that if he says it enough then it must be true. Let's face it he thinks that we are all stupid. It comes back to the old axiom "Actions speak louder than words."
