Government has failed to protect the public from big time scams and has become and agency of deceit and fraud. Let Washington enjoy its warm weather. IF the average surface temperature of the earth is increasing, this does not mean that it will not become colder in some places. An increase (or decrease) in average global temperature will change weather patterns. Unusual, local cold conditions do not refute "global warming," just as unusual, local warm conditions do not support it. The AVERAGE temperature of the earth is not, by definition, about LOCAL conditions.
