Neuroscientist Makes War on America, for Some Reason

“Pakistani scientist found guilty of attempted murder” by Amy Sahba for CNN, February 3, is a typical example of the mainstream media’s deliberate obfuscation of the global jihad.

In it, Islamic jihadist Aafia Siddiqui is identified as a “Pakistani neuroscientist” and “an American-educated neuroscientist.”

We learn that “Siddiqui shot at two FBI special agents, a U.S. Army warrant officer, an Army captain and military interpreters while she was being held unsecured at an Afghan facility on July 18, 2008.” We learn that “Afghan police had arrested her a day earlier outside the Ghazni governor’s compound in central Afghanistan after finding her with bomb-making instructions, excerpts from the “Anarchist’s Arsenal,” papers with descriptions of U.S. landmarks, and substances sealed in bottles and glass jars.” We learn that “Siddiqui had ‘handwritten notes that referred to a “mass casualty attack”‘ listing several locations in the United States and ‘construction of “dirty bombs.”‘”

Sixteen paragraphs into the article, we learn that the FBI suspected Siddiqui of “ties to al Qaeda.”

But what is Al-Qaeda? Why are they fighting? Can’t we get even a line on that? Can’t we get even half a line about why an “American-educated neuroscientist” would want to make war on America? Is there some scientists’ war on the United States?

There is nothing special about this CNN story. It is just like thousands of other news stories since 9/11. And this is why the level of public awareness of what exactly we are facing in this war is so abysmally low. During World War II, “Why We Fight” material was common. Now it is unheard of — at least in any honest form — because to talk about it honestly would lead directly back to the Islamic jihad, and honest talk about that is forbidden.

The blatant absence of truth in reporting by the MSM of the constant and daily murder of innocent people across the world in the name of Islam is not just appalling from the journalistic perspective but more importantly it is catastrophic and very dangerous from a National-Security aspect.
More and more people need to become educated about what the Koran teaches so that they can appreciate the basis for the carnage which is taken place and the danger of nuclear proliferation in the islamic world. We are in the middle of one of the most unique moments in human History ,where unless some sacrifice is courageously and wisely taken we will irreversibly destine our future to perpetual insecurity at the very least but more likely face the loss of millions of lives and an American super Holocaust?

We can not expect any less with a President who apologizes to the whole planet everywhere he goes for 'UGLY AMERICANS' ignorant behavior and arrogance. He is of course, speaking for himself and his entourage, for I personally do not know the kind of crimes and hate he attributes to 'US' as citizens. I do NOT personally know anyone greedy, criminal, hateful, racist, perverted, or just plain mean and nasty, do YOU?
The Prez should STOP BEING GLIB and consider naming names in his 'generality' of accusations demeaning and degrading the citizens WHO TRUSTED AND VOTED FOR HIM AND HIS 'FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGING AMERICA" policies.

By US-accredited figures, 30 times more Muslims have been killed by the US than there have been Americans killed by Muslims. From other western sources, the ratio is nearer 100 to 1.

However, that's an interesting statement about the "Why we're fighting" literature of WWII. Wikipedia says there were 7 of that film series and they were very effective (now on DVD). It is odd that the US, with such powerful tools at its command, is not using them.

"… narration, though factual for the most part, is replete with nationalist and racist rhetoric describing implacably warlike Germans and "blood-crazed Japs." Conversely, it lionizes the courage and sacrifice of the British, Soviets, and Chinese."

"… among the best examples of stock-footage montage ever produced ….The animated portions of the films were produced by the Disney studios – with the animated maps following a convention of depicting Axis-occupied territory in black. … At the end of each film, the quotation from Army Chief of Staff George Marshall that "…the victory of the democracies can only be complete with the utter defeat of the war machines of Germany and Japan." is shown on screen, followed by a ringing Liberty Bell over which is superimposed a large letter "V" zooming into the screen, accompanied by patriotic or military music on the soundtrack.."
