Democracy? We don’t need no stinkin’ Democracy! So says Ed Schultz, of MSNBC, as he calls for people to cheat in the election in order to “keep these bastards out”. Click here to hear the audio clip.
Radio Equalizer has the transcript from Ed Schultz’s radio show yesterday where he proposed “voting 10 times” in Massachusetts. The key quote follows below:
SCHULTZ (23:02): I tell you what, if I lived in Massachusetts I’d try to vote 10 times. I don’t know if they’d let me or not, but I’d try to. Yeah, that’s right. I’d cheat to keep these bastards out. I would. ‘Cause that’s exactly what they are.
Allahpundit at Hot Air points out the following:
Business as usual, huh, Democrats? In Schultz’s defense, I suppose such odious behavior is to be expected from the same man who attempted the old politics of fear by saying if Brown wins, “it’s the end of change as we know it”. Hey, you know what, Ed? Trying to play fear politics doesn’t work when the theory you posit is preferable to the status quo. End of change as we know it?
Good. THAT is change that I can believe in.
