Now it lies about them and covers them up – why block the digging up of the car-park at Tantura if they're so confident there are not 100s of bodies there?

In 1956 Israel was still killing large numbers of unarmed refugees trying to get home, Sharon was attacking and killing large numbers of complete innocents in Jordan and someone persuaded England and France to help with the next step of "from the Nile to the Euprhates".

With a record like that, the obvious assumption is that POW were indeed murdered. That's what Israel has always done. Only 11 years later they were murdering American servicemen and lying about it.

Nonie Darwish’s father was one of those Egyptian terrorists. The weird thing about this is that there’s really no way to play the “poor, oppressed Palestinian” card because Gaza was controlled by a huge country which launched two more genocidal campaigns against Israel after 1956.
