David says, “Muslim terrorist nation”, in his article to describe the type of people that need to be searched and further scrutinized.

This can only mean countries that are labeled as sponsors of terrorism. These countries are also a Muslim majority. Hence… a “Muslim terrorist nation” as Mr. Horowitz says.

Walt, what race is the vast majority in these countries that are labeled as sponsors of terrorism? What religion does the vast majority of this race share?

I don’t think David is being racist in his article, and I don’t think he is a racist in any way. I do think some will find it racist though, especially those described above who are not terrorists.

If we start searching every single person coming from a list of countries, then we will see further chaos at the airports and damage to the economy. It also gives terrorists of clear idea of what countries future terrorists should travel from and what passport (fake or real) they should carry. This isn’t rocket science… if I was a terrorist from Yemen (only using Yemen because of the recent news) and I knew that all Yemeni’s or people with a passport from Yemen would be searched, then I would hire a terrorist in Britain or Germany or any other country not on the list to fly over the pond.

Are we going to search all Britain’s and German’s too? No! Even if we kept it a secret about what “Muslim terrorist nations” would be treated this way it would become clear almost instantly through basic observation at the airport. Horowitz’s suggested policy would never work and is quite ridiculous when further analyzed.

I would suggest that we implement extensive behavioral training for airport and airline employees, and require the security employees to have even further behavioral and psychological training and qualifications. I also wouldn’t mind seeing more drug and bomb sniffing dogs at airports to aid in detecting invisible threats. This would enable the people who are supposed to keep us safe to actually be able to properly profile someone and act quickly. Then we could start replacing the total idiots with some intelligent, vigilant, and highly trained workers because I assume the majority of those currently employed wouldn’t make the cut based on personal experiences and the recent statements of the passengers from flight 253… that would be a good start to answer M.P. O’Neal’s question.

“Everyone traveling from or having a passport belonging to a Muslim terrorist nation should be searched before boarding a plane,” says David. It should be that everyone traveling to or from a Muslim nation should be searched, period. If non-terrorist Muslims are offended, that’s too bad.

I saw that interview last night with Eric Bolling and he’s not a good interviewer but I think the same of Hannity, nice guy but not a good interviewer especially if the subject is Muslims or the Jewish State of Israel.

Ibraham Cooper is a very clever, intelligent Muslim and talkshows should do their research before they invite him on.

Maybe if all muslims are searched, the “peaceful” ones will be fed up and finally say something in public about the islamo-facism in their midst. Don’t hold your breath on either.

Not all Muslims are terrorists, but darn near all Terrorists are Muslims. Devout Muslims. There is one common denominator — Islam, so it would make sense to look there!! Our leaders need to grow spines. The presined insist we are nto at war with Islam. Mr, President? — Islam is, for sure, at war with us, however. Definition of an “Islamophobe”? — one who knows the truth about Islam and speaks about it.

All Muslim immigration should be stopped. All Muslim non-citizens should be forced to return to there homeland. Islam has declared war on the West … they should be treated as enemies. We don’t need to understand them better, we need to round them up and move them out.

That is a proper attitude. Resources are scarce for flight security. Randomly selected elderly women and Japanese tourists for additional scrutiny means that people who have a far higher probability of actually being terrorists will avoid appropriate screening.

I am a 45yo man, I have dark brown eyes, dark brown hair and full but trimmed beard (with some gray hair). I happen to be your “Garden Variety White Guy” (northern European and British descent) When I travel through airport security I am always given extra scrutiny by security. I do not mind it because my passport is US, I have never been to a country that promotes Jihad and it makes me think that somewhere someone is doing their job.

What are those “more effective” ways and where have they been proven successful?

You’re easily troubled. Why is it “certainly possible” that a so called “peaceful” people become might violent against innocents in response to the measures DH suggests? What cases can you cite?
