Iranian security forces fired on anti-government protesters in the capital Sunday, killing at least four people in the fiercest clashes in months, opposition Web sites and witnesses said,” Ali Akbar Dareini reported for the Associated Press.

The protesters are not going away. Six months after the disputed June 12 election, the protests continue without public support from Western nations.
