(1) where one believes Obama was born; and

(2) whether one believes, regardless of where Obama was born, that he was ever eligible to be the POTUS per the 3 requirements of that office set forth in Article II of the US Constitution.

My view, after a lot of study — which YOU, sir, have apparently not done — is that most likely Obama was born in Hawaii but there are actual/real legal reasons to be uncertain . . .and . . .

UNTIL SCOTUS rules otherwise, I do not believe that Obama is a “natural born citizen” of the US. So, in reality, we do NOT KNOW YET if Obama is a NBC of the US b/c SCOTUS would need to ADD Obama’s citizenships status (born to one US Citizen and one foreign nation) to the long-recognized definition of NBC which is: born on US soil/territory to 2 US Citizens.

The latter definition is the ONLY definition of NBC that we KNOW is legally/constitutionally true. ALL other possible definitions of NBC are speculative per the rulings of SCOTUS.

There are only a handful of cases that deal with NBC and ALL are consistent with the definition that NBC = born on US soil/territory to 2 US citizens.

BTW, “conservative” also includes a “Strict Constructionists” court — that applies the law AS IT IS instead of how some may think it should be. It IS conservative to demand that Article I of the US Constitution be enforced as intended, and written, by the Framers of the US Constitution . . .and we DO know what they intended in that provision.

It’s essentially irrelevant whether Obama is a US Citizen. He is, and would be, even if born in Kenya. That is not the question.

The question is whether he is a NATURAL Born Citizen of the US per Article II of the US Constitution. Based on all the SCOTUS case law we have that deals with NBC, the answer is NO.

There are many different ways one can attain US Citizenship: via statute, 14th Amendment, “naturally”=no other citizenship is possible, ie., born to 2 US Citizen parents on US soil/territory. If an illegal alien manages to cross the US border and deliver her child on US soil, 3 minutes after illegally entering the US, then the child IS a US Citizen but would NOT be a NBC of the US and thus eligible to be the POTUS and Commander-in-Chief of the US Armed Forces.

I don’t know what GAME you (and many others) are playing but it’s OBVIOUS that Obama has SERIOUS Article II eligibility issues.

The NBC requirement in Article II is a NATIONAL SECURITY PROTECTION. Obama is a “citizen of the world” — literally — and he’s proving it as POTUS. Obama was born a DUAL-citizen — a citizen of the US and a FOREIGN nation (GB), Then Obama was a Tri-Citizne (US, GB, Kenya) and it’s quite likely (based on school records) that Obama was (and possibly is still) a citizen of Indonesia too. We don’t even know the answer to whether Obama was ever, and still is, legally, a citizen of Indonesia. WHY don’t we know the answer? He’s never asked to answer that obviously serious question. Why not? It’s obviously a relevant question for a mere candidate for the office of POTUS to be asked!

THIS is the issue — the fact of multiple-citizenships held by the sitting POTUS — and it’s one whopper of a serious matter. . .with long-term consequences for Executive Branch of the US Govt as well as the US Armed Forces. We’ve actually got a Commander-in-Chief of the US Armed forces, DURING WAR, who is, and has been, a Citizen of at least TWO foreign countries and likely three . . .and THAT is not a problem for anyone?

Quite frankly, only an idiot can’t see how serious this is.

RE: Global Warming: amazingly, a FEW SCIENTISTS have managed to successfully conspire to convince the WORLD that global warming is caused by man . . .and that anyone who disagrees is a nut-case. Well, surprise, these global warming conspiracists REALLY DID pull if off — even at a world-wide level. So, don’t bull-s– me and tell me that Obama couldn’t pull-off an ATTACK on the US Constitution. He could and did.

What Obama did was to VIOLATE, directly, the only known and accepted definition of “natural born citizen” — one of just 3 requirements to hold the office of POTUS and C-in-C. Obama challenged the ENFORCEABLITY of an Article of the Constitution . . .and so far, he’s WINNING.

If a few scientists can conspire together with political statists to MAKE the world believe that Global Warming is caused by man, then OF COURSE Obama can manipulate the “holes” in the enforceability mechanism of the US Constitution — which he DID do — with the assistance of the DNC and HI DoH.

Again, Obama is a US Citizen (through his mother — 14th Amendment) regardless of where he was born — be it the US (fine) or Kenya or the Soviet Union, okay . . .but he’s NOT a NBC which he MUST be to be the POTUS. Interestingly, Constitutionally, a CANDIDATE for POTUS doesn’t have to be a NBC but rather only a NBC can BE the POTUS. That’s one “holes” in Article II. . .so in reality, Obama only had to get through ONE election step (constitutionally) . . .and he did.

And, that’s WHY Justice Roberts screwed-up the Oath of Office to Obama and he specifically excluded the word: “FAITHFULLY” execute . . .” b/c he already knew that Obama would not “faithfully” execute the office b/c he’d ALREADY violated Article II.

The only question in my mind is HOW LONG is this going to be tolerated. Obama has SET PRECEDENT for all future POTUS’s. Now, pretty much any Joe — including the child of an illegal alien merely born on US soil — can become the President of the United States and C-in-C of THE most powerful fighting force in the world.

Because she’s not black, or I’m not black or brown or purple we can’t speak?!
