All those hard questions faded when I began to believe, almost involuntarily. Now I do believe the Holy Spirit was at work in my own heart at that moment.

Incidentally, one of my favorite little studies looked at the nature of God in the Bible. Mysterious. We are not going to know it all. Therefore, faith is required.

Sovereign. Yay! Just, loving, wonderful. Also all-knowing, all-powerful.

Humbling to contemplate….but I need to say I do remember my days as a pantheist, agnostic, hippie nutjob, atheist, bitter wretch. I am definitely happy to have left that behind and have this so-called simple faith that people can study for a lifetime and never quite perfect.

It just calls the best out of us, that’s all. Of course, this is just my own opinion and experience here.

One of the most astounding things about this blogosphere is the respect given to others’ expressions in general, that of being allowed to be expressed! This feels like great freedom to me, and it exhorts me to render honor and respect to others even as we disagree…of which I fall short many times but we are not satisfied with that and move on, hoping to do better in the future.

I would love to speak with her. I wonder how badly they gave her the treatment after she exposed the systemic lies that infect American college curicula? She socratically kicked all their butts.

Afrocentric studies are largely mythological, which to my mind is, in the end, a great disservice to the African community, as well as to all of the academy. After all, lies are lies. Any structure built upon a lie cannot stand for long.

Whether she believes herself or not (I believe she does) the important thing is that she is misleading generations of kids after her. And the lies become all the more potent as time moves on, because time distances us from historic perspectives grounded in truth. History is one wine that does not age well over time for America. Rather, it tends to sour with age, and become less and less palatable. The Marxists produce on bitter dregs.

But if there is any hope of correcting this destructive practice, it has to begin with evidence and facts. I, for one, would be very interested to see some.

An excellent, scholarly, work. Lefkowitz is an authority on Claasic Ancient Greek History. The book is about the revisionist history being taught throughout America from Community Colleges to Ivy League.

There is a concerted effort underway culturally and academically to foster a revolutionary Marxist spirit within the black community, to prepare the way for a future war when the racial demographic becomes more equalized.

It is possible, my take is that she wants the first seat
and can not conceive of any inconvenience in life that is not
race related. Given a throne to sit on by the leftist academics,
she thinks it sticks to her butt no matter where it goes,

of first rate individuals of color and thus maintaining the

Anyone who shows such arrogance is completely deluded and the
sin is in showing no regard to others in line, ergo astringent
pride, dyspeptic arrogancy causing the old fat head. Johns comments are quite clear and seem to me true assessment of the first order. What I
would say to hooks is “intemperate screeds have consequences”. Her
type will never wake up to themselves and their responsability to
life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as the ground of being
we all hope for. Johathan’s understanding of the background causality
of her self imprisonment is laudable.

If so, while understandable, it still calls to memory professor gates’ story. Having a white wife does not appear to deter him from hating white folks on planet earth – as he educates many of them. I wonder how that works out in the bedroom for gates and his wife? Oh my.

I have a picture of a majority of predominantly white students sitting in bell’s and gates’ classrooms, learning from their twisted teaching. There is something eerily similar to this and the domestic recruitment of Americans by jihadist terrorists today.

If ‘the bell’ acted out on her impulse and killed the white male, would she be prosecuted for a hate crime?

Because the Academies have been completely overrun by cultural Marxism, John. Science, Economics, Legal, Art and Music, Public Policy, all of them. Education especially.

For instance, well meaning conservatives either oppose or endorse creationism in schools. Fine. But many fail to understand the larger issue has nothing to do with science. It has to do with bringing about the aims of cultural Marxism as described in those links I provided. We CANNOT fix America until we deal with this problem. Many people don’t understand this.
