It is fallacious and misleading to equate President Obama's policies to the erroneous decisions of certain Naval Officers and certain JAG prosecutors regarding this case... That being said, Obama may have some bad policies. Ultimately, it is up to the Officers and JAG to charge the right crimes and push for the right punishments... If you punch a prisoner while he is in custody for no reason, you're probably going to get it trouble, but a special court martial might be a bit extreme... I heard they refused to sign their NJP's... perhaps they could have been given some sort of limited administrative penalties, such as reassignment, if it is true that they punched a prisoner while in custody...
