I a m a paritot , i have served with the us marines ,nc state defense militia , now disbanded, by the nc national guard , I was in a militia that was part of the north carolina dept of crime control and public safety, my ancestors fought in the original nc militia and fought the british and helped win our nation as it is today I have served as a police officer a deputy sheriff a corrections officer and even a member of the us coast guard auxillary and i am handicapped we live in the greatest country in th world we open our arms to not so pro american people and new americanS that are patriots this country should have checks and balances there is corruption in any form of our goverment but there are good guys there too freedom is not free there is a price as long as a group of people are protecting the us consitution that is good it has made this county great since its start beware of not truthful people not being who they say they are but each state should have a vaild state defense force with willing people to not to destoy our way of life but to protect it !

Don’t lump the troops with the political motivated PC leadership. I spent 21 years of my young adult life in uniformed service to my country during the Vietnam era.

I went to Southeast Asia with the innocence of a school lad of my Happy Days, Mickey Mouse Club era, believing the benevolent government propaganda. It started off that way, but somewhere along the way ‘We the people . . .’ became apathetic to the point we didn’t bother to check the credentials of those that represent us. We walked blindly into the polling booth and either wrote in or pulled the lever for the person we continually voted for . . . something to do with name recognition. It is now devouring us alive.

I realized when I got older just how blessed ‘We the people . . .’ are to be the beneficiaries of the ‘God, country, mom, baseball and apple pie’ our founders saw fit to give to us as a gift from an Almighty Benvevolent Father. I thank God everyday he allowed me to be born to American parents, esepcially parents who loved Him dearly. Some things are worth fighting and dying for.

It seems that this is a propitious moment to ask the question and answer in the affirmative. When we are forced by the horrendous incident at Ft. Hood to accept that the command structure of the Army is so bereft of common sense and common guts and gumption it might be a good thing to have a well ordered (regulated) militia in reserve.

“government” will “do away” with our right to defend ourselves against this repressive government rule by taking away our right to own arms……and it will be done with the UN Treaty obama will arrange to go into effect in the near future ……..Take time to investigate all of the Executive Orders that he and his czars have put into motion in 9 short mo. He is binding the hands of our STATUE OF LIBERTY …Will anyone dare to wipe the tears from her eyes ??????
