However, he'll be tried in a military court martial, and either be found not guilty, or he'll be found guilty and face military justice. I'd look for him in Fort Leavenworth, if he's found guilty. I've been listening to other newcasts, and they've posited that he's a victim of CIA mind control, or drug control. Consider this. We haven't seen the blog postings that he supposedly wrote. (If anyone has, please send me the links, so I can look them over.) He's been in the military long enough to be promoted to Major, he's never seen combat, and his bumpersticker said, "Allah is love." He's never been trouble, and he might have visited the same mosque that the 9/11 hijackers visited. He was able to sneak a weapon onto a military reservation, and none of them were armed. (That's a little odd, I would have posted MP's at the preparation site, or in the hospital, but what do I know?) If he was on prozac or an MAOI inhibiter, then he wouldn't realize what he was doing.
