Help Save Fox News, Help Protect Freedom
Here at NewsReal there are two stories that we have reported on extensively which until now have yet to meet.
The first is the Obama administration’s war on Fox. From the President on down attempts have been made to marginalize Fox as an illegitimate news source. The Left has of course followed Obama’s cues and joined in the Fox hunt to try and silence one of their most powerful, effective opponents.
The second is the anti-Freedom of Speech movement in the universities. Both David Horowitz and Geert Wilders have been attacked for having the courage to argue against the totalitarian tendencies in Islam. For this they have been labeled racists who peddle in “hate speech.”
Here’s the question: when will these two stories become one? When are we going to see the administration ratchet up its attacks on Fox because of conservatives’ critique of Islamofacism?
Probably sooner rather than later given recent events.And we need to fight against this. In defending Fox from these attacks we’re defending American Freedom.
At NewsReal we are on the front lines in these efforts. We feature Kathy Shaidle who rebuts Media Matters‘ Fox smears. David Forsmark takes on King Hypocrite Keith Olbermann for his Fox attacks. Tim and Alissa Birkel do not tolerate Rachel Maddow’s anti-Fox arguments. And of course David Horowitz himself routinely strikes back at the Left on this issue.

As it is, his Muslim-loving self would rather Americans were never aware that he is helping to Islamize our country and let the terrorists take over as soon as possible.
He is Muslim by virtue of his father and grandfather and he grew up as Muslim. Otherwise, why does he not show his birth certificate along with all the other personal information he has systematically removed from public examinaiton.
He knows he is an illegitimate resident in the White House. And that he wants the downfall of America as a free country.

Far too long have Conservatives remained quiet, hospitable, tolerant, desiring peaceful dialog. This has to end in order for our voices to remain public in any form. The attempt to silence Conservatives and those that oppose Obama is growing and evolving into a full-on war on dissent. It is time to put up our dukes and take them on with a vengence. I for one am disappointed and angry with Conservatives speaking softly and not vigorously confronting what is wrong and detrimental to our country. If we do not unite on this one point, our voices and the voices of our children will be forever silenced. To hell with being “nice” and “courteous” to those that show no niceness or courtesy. It is time for Conservatives to speak with wit and wisdom in exposing the truth and most of all to do it with a sharpness and clarity that bears no resemblance to waivering, indecision or compromise of values. It is possible to be courteous to those that give courtesy. It is possible to be nice to those that are nice. But, when lies, deceit and rancour are hurled at us, we must stop it cold. To listen to Michael Steele talk was an embarrassment. He did not confront the core points of Matthews argument. This was a courteous abdication based on a gentleman’s point of disagreement viewpoint. Oy veh!!!!! It is time to stop the steamroller of the white house and the lame-stream media from running over us with our permission. Dialog is a centerpiece and foundation of our society and government. Dialog is no longer in play with the Progressives.They have assumed a supreme position by us abdicating our role in the governing process. It is time to step on some toes, and not apologize for it. When open and fair discourse moves back into public arena, then the approach can be modified.

You never attack the press as a politician. Look at Richard Nixon, he HATED The New York Times and The Washington Times and he got creamed by all other news outlets. With so many news outlets out there, online, TV, print, and on radio, why would you? And Fox News? The highest rated network? Aiming a BIT too high, seems like it. You attack the press as a politician and that news outlet you attacked will never be for you again. Say that news outlet becomes the biggest by far (say 75% of all Americans), you will still be hated by that news outlet.

We have always been the majority. Wew have always had the power. But we have never effectively harnessed that power. The left has known for a century that they could not overpower the true will of the majority UNLESS they could create the perception that THEY are the majority. I just find it very hypocritical how the “left-wing” accuses us, conservatives, as narrow-minded opinionated people, when they themselves aren’t even willing to accept or listen to our opinions, you know since freedom isn’t what our brothers fight for everyday right? Included in that freedom is the freedom of speech and I find, as a college student, that people are standing up less and less for what they believe in because they are afraid of being belittled. I noticed this first hand in my Sociology class. About two weeks ago, we were discussing a chapter that was about religion and the professor decided to discuss her views on Christianity. She said “You know what I don’t want anything to do with a god that lets innocent people die for no reason.” So of course being the bold individual that I am, I replied “Haven’t you heard of the story of Adam and Eve? There is now sin in the world this is why these things happen. If Adam and Eve wouldn’t have done it, someone else would have.” After that comment the whole lecture hall began whispering and giving me dirty looks. Then she proceeds to talk about how individuals want religion back in public schools. Again I make a comment saying, “That’s exactly what we need. Our nation was founded on Judeo-Christian principles because we are straying our country is going downhill, God is lifting his hand.” So she says, “No, a lot of the founding fathers were atheists.” I was like are you joking? I’ll bring you research if you’d like and even in the Continental Congress they used God numerous times. So then she says, “So what prayer would we pray in school?” I said a Christian prayer. She continued to shake her head and everyone was talking amongst themselves at this point and looking like they wanted to kill me, yet no one would stand up and say anything they were whispering to each other. So after class, one girl comes up to me and tells me how empowering that was that I stood up for my beliefs. But, as I was walking out another girl calls me dumb. So, apparently it was extremely gutsy of me to stand up for what I believed in but I don’t see it like that. After all, I felt it was just my opinion and that is one of the greatest things about our country is that we are allowed to speak our minds. But, needless to say if we don’t begin standing up and encouraging other to do the same, our country is going to become a bunch of brain washed one-siders. If I wouldn’t have said anything at all some of those individuals might have taken what she said to heart since she is the “omnipotent” professor.

Because of what we believe to be true. The left has used every possible way to distort our thoughts and views. We’re just done with being targets now. Now we are fighting back and winning and the left is in fear of being exposed for what they really are. We’re using new tools to fight back. Twitter, Face book et al… We seen what was happening in Iran with those hardy souls who desire freedom and peace because of Twitter and the INTERNET. Their government couldn’t shut down the the truth being shown. But our government IS trying to shut down the Internet through a process called, of all ironies, the FAIRNESS DOCTRINE and INTERNET NEUTRALITY.
We’re Not waiting any more RGG. We’re using all weapons available to get the word out and stop the attacks against our freedoms. In other words….
