A radical American imam living in Yemen who had contact with two 9/11 hijackers praised Hasan as a hero as a hero on his personal Web site Monday.
The posting on the Web site for Anwar al Awlaki, who was a spiritual leader at two mosques where three 9/11 hijackers worshipped, said American Muslims who condemned the Fort Hood attack are hypocrites who have committed treason against their religion.
Awlaki said the only way a Muslim can justify serving in the U.S. military is if he intends to “follow in the footsteps of men like Nidal.”
“Nidal Hassan (sic) is a hero,” Awlaki said. “He is a man of conscience who could not bear living the contradiction of being a Muslim and serving in an army that is fighting against his own people.”

If this is the way Muslim’s think, and if this Imam is right about, “A muslim is a Muslim, regardless of his birthplace,” and all Muslim’s are brothers and won’t kill other brothers, then maybe we should bar Muslim’s from serving in the US Armed Forces. If this Imam is right, then we can’t trust anyone who puts his oath to a religion over his oath as an officer or enlisted person in the United States Armed forces.
Maybe internment camps are the way to go, until we can really trust them. After all, if a Muslim doesn’t have to stand by any oath, except the one to Islam, then they can’t be trusted. I know I wouldn’t want to be over there and wonder who was going to shoot me first, a terrorist, or the Muslim next to me, wearing a uniform like mine.

As for me, deeds speak louder than words, and Nidal Hassan should be tried by a military court martial, and if he’s found guilty, he should be shot like the barbarian he acted like. If he’s not found guilty, then he should still be dishonorably discharged and put in prison for attacking fellow soldiers, and betraying the Constitution he swore to defend.

Americans need to learn all they can about what Islam teaches, and recognize the fact that Islam itself is the common denominator when it comes to terrorism (99.999%).

The terrorists themselves use their Book of Hate, the Qu’ran as justification for their acts. Islam is what Islam does, and it is about time our leaders start believing them when they say so clearly what their motivation is.
