If Judge Chen hates this country so much why doesn't move North Korea. He would be really welcome there. Does this America hate Korean know how many American GI's dead during the Korean War to free the South Knoreans from the oppression of the North Koreans.

He just reminds me of my time in the Army. If you were a member of ACLU back in the 60s and 70s the Army would not give you a security clearance, since the ACLU was considered a Communist front organization. But every thing has went down hill since Peanut Brain and Slick Willy were in office. The government doesn't pay as much attention to secuirty risks as they used too.

The real life implications of elections go beyond the individuals but too few people consider that.

There were only a few people during the presidential election concerned about how the winner would effect the U.S. Supreme Court. Practically no one considered state and federal judges can and have a greater effect on more people's lives than Supreme Court justicies.

Considering Obama's background and associations, one could not discount the fact that if he won, he would pack the courts with fellow traveler's. Birds of a feather stick together.

As is the case with most lower federal court nominations, Chen’s confirmation has flown largely under the radar. The importance of nominations such as this is lost on most Americans, because they fail to see the impact a judge sitting on a federal bench can have on the system as a whole. Perhaps more optimistically, many may simply be of the mindset that the Supreme Court is always there to overrule them, so the degree of harm that could be done by any single activist judge is minimal at worst. Unfortunately, that mindset could not possibly be any more inaccurate or fundamentally misguided.

Please. Somebody please find the rock from under which the steady stream of vermin is escaping into the Obama administration! Is is possible for Mr. Obama to appoint someone to any position who places our country's interests first? Is America-bashing a prerequisite for being named to government positions? Can this madness be stopped?
