She thought she was being “hip” to juxtapose Mother Teresa and Mao. One was into oblitering human suffering; the other to infllicting it in a massive way. But she got caught in her own PR trap twice last week:

1. At the above speaking engagement.
2. During her “we control the media” interview.

Looks as if, as in other instances when Obama appointees have been overweening and over exposed (like their leader).

These people do not walk on water. These days they are treading it.

All of this said, Sam Deakins here has said it: the kids probably don’t know what or who she was talking about. I hope they have little intellectual curiosity. But if they do, all evil doings of Mao will have been scrubbed from the internet.
