Then the following books in this order: The Third Option, Separation of Power, Executive Power, Memorial Day, Consent to Kill, Act of Treason, Protect and Defend, Extreme Measures, and finally, Pursuit of Honor. Personally, I loved Term Limits, which is his first novel, but not a Mitch Rapp novel, per se. Flynn’s first Mitch Rapp book is Transfer of Power. The dynamic of the book -- Rapp's search for the terrorists and the contrast between Rapp and Nash in their private lives -- makes his point about what's happening to our counter-terrorist warriors in a very poignant way. That is because it is a way of life and entirely consistent in the Democrat Party...people receiving what they have not earned.
