The way i see it (following your logic of course), the fed is going to bail them out and own them by proxy. Since Obamanus Rex won by a landslide, he can do that. I don’t understand how people like Frum cannot see the radicalism of the Obama administration. And what does he get out of denying it? Just because the general public doesn’t believe it and many know nothing about how mired in Marxism so many intellectual elites are in this society, doesn’t make the charge spurious.

And what about Jennings? The guy claims Harry Hay as one of his idols. Hay was not only a devoted member of the CPUSA (that’s Communist Party U.S.A.) he was laos what some may call a gay separatist, as he believed that homosexuals were superior to straights.

I may very well own every book David Frum ever wrote. His work on America in the 1970s was very well done. But who else knows he even exists? Frum represents the pro-abortion mushy wing of the Republican Party. These folks are currently being marginalized and pushed into the darkness. Frum and Pat Buchanan have much in common. Those who really dominate today’s GOP could care less what they have to say. By the time of 2010 elections the MSM will not even likely invite him to appear on its programs. He will be a historical trivia question by 2012. Frum might from there on end get an occasional invitation to appear on some late night radio talk shows. Am I being cruel? Nope, just coldly realistic. Why waste time interviewing a pretend Democrat when you can get the real thing?

Intellectual featherweight? Cmon, cmon David, don’t start this nonsense again. Just disagree with a position (or an individual) with an argument, don’t start with the personal (and juvenile) insults again. And in regards to ‘the most radical presidency yet’, that isn’t saying much (we’ve never had a radical president). In recent months, the wealthiest corporate execs went to Washington begging, begging, and begging to be bailed out. Obama bailed them out. Little else has happened, unless you’re referring to the CashForClunkers ‘Commie’ conspiracy. It is true that a fair amount of revenue was expended for that one, but not if one compares it to a couple of B-1 bombers. Where’s the complaint over defense spending? Why not be consistent, and at least attack wasteful military-industrial expenditures that were egregiously ineffective in recent years while you complain about ‘CashforCommies’? Jesus Christ

I don't know what happened to Frum? In his "Dead Right" book he called for less spending and criticized the Reagan administration for not doing so.
