A friend told me months ago that he thinks that we have had our last free election in this country. For the first time in my life (75 yrs) I am afraid of the US government. The present adinistration will be able to do much damage before elections in 2010. Once legislation is passed, it is impossible to reverse. If the health care reform bill passes and I think it will be pushed through, we may not have the option of private insurance. We already have nationalized banks and auto industry Next will be the bailout of the post office and newspapers. I think this administration is positioning the United States, with the crushing debt, to fail and then the thugs in the White House will set up a dictatorship similar to what Castro and Chavez have done.
