Jenn- I noticed the very same thing! I go to Sunday and daily mass and when Moore stated that the gospel was about the rich man’s difficulty in going to heaven I honestly thought I was having a memory lapse because I knew that is not what I remembered from Sunday’s gospel. Glad you reminded me of this…very interesting. I do believe that his handlers gave him the wrong information. And he being such a liar and phoney didn’t even know himself what the gospel was.

Did anyone see this? When Michael Moore was on Hannity last week he specifically hounded Sean about the homily at Mass the day before, Oct 4th. Sean couldn’t exactly remember the Gospel reading (he had actually gone on Sat night Oct 3rd) because Moore kept hounding and ridiculing him…”Can’t you even remember the Gospel, Sean? Why not? Why not! Weren’t you paying attention? Huhhuhhuh?”

Then Moore proudly said that it was the Gospel about how a camel can go through the eye of a needle better than a rich man can get to Heaven. Michael Moore then went on to say what a radical Jesus was and how rich men won’t get into heaven (too bad Michael!!).

I thought, “I didn’t hear that Gospel at Mass either!” The Gospel is the same all over the world every Sunday. So the next Sunday, Oct. 11th, lo and behold, there it was…the eye of the needle, camel, rich man. Seems that Michael Moore did not go to Mass (is he Catholic?…God help us.) Moore, or someone on his staff, must have looked the Gospel up to try to set up/trip up/embarrass Sean Hannity but they got the wrong Sunday’s Gospel reading!

Therefore the question now is, did Michael Moore really attend Mass like he said? If so, was HE paying attention? Or was he bored and flipping through the misallette reading ahead just in case he figured out how to get a camel to Heaven or whatever.

If you have any evidence to prove your point then show it when you make claims like that…

Unsupported statements and opinions, are meaningless in any serious discourse like this…

And in this case, especially so, when you’re literally working for Moore…

You’re on thin ice when you support him anywhere other than in the far left looney bins that he inhabits….

Why is it that every time someone is critical of the Republicans ultra conservative views they are called UnAmerican or America haters? I am really upset by that. Yes I don’t like some of the things that the prior administration did. But I am not in favor of everything that the current wants to do. This is my country. I love it. but I am not blind to the flaws in the system. When Ann Coulter plugs a book that she has written, your attitude tells me that Fox will be pimping her book. But will I say that Fox is UnAmerican and hates America because it doesn’t like the current Administration. I am at the point of saying “A pox on Both their houses” the only reason that I keep my political affiliation is that my state doesn’t allow independents to vote in primaries. So I will wind up having to choose between 2 candidates that I had no choice in picking.

You display an extraordinary lack of intellect and understanding if you don’t yet understand that PRODUCTION comes before DISTRIBUTION…

I don’t think Michael Moore is saying you shouldn’t be abe to make money, like he does, I think he’s saying he wants the wealth to be spread out to the average american ,which i don’t have a problem with.
The more money the community has the less poverty and violence you have, which makes for a more civilised and safe country.That also means that we won’t need as many police officers .
You can look at any poor impoverished country in the world, and you will see much higher crime rates. In that sence capitalism needs to be restruckured.
