Howard Dean began that initiative here already. We only have 2 insurance companies to choose from (Blue Cross & MVP). Dean et al mandated "universal" coverage so OF COURSE it's sooo dang expensive I bet Vermont will be one of the first trigger states. Former Vermont Gov.
