I was inspired reading your letter. It was a great day for conservatives. Not one word about the mannerly
crowd, no litter, etc. in the Obama news media, of course. WE must not be complacent but continue to work
to save the America we know and love. I am 76 and never participated in politics before except to vote. I realize
that was a big mistake. God bless America.

Looks “racist” to me.

GE, the owner of the NBC networks is basically owned by the government. That, along with nonsensical Public Broadcasting is government controlled media to me.

No one, even at the NYT, will say that the media is not generally bias to Obama.

Maybe brown and black faces should be informed that Freedom is for them and government handouts are just a more sophisticated form of political enslavement. How well have they done under collectivist welfare? Those who have benefited from Free Enterprise are, not like but Michael Steele, reticent to speak out because of peer pressure.

As a child of the Welfare State I can attest that it is designed to prevent the individual from success.

Yes , That’s my real name, and I’m not the character on ” Lost”! I just wish I had been able to attend the 9/12 event!!”We the People” somehow need to get these kind of protests on the media. Somehow we have to get the kind of attention the protesters at the G20 have gotten,of course, without the violence and disruption. Perhaps we could begin a boycott of the sponsors who have dropped their support of Glen Beck’s program.We are in the last days of this great nation if we’re not able to get the ears of our so called leaders. I believe they do not understand the danger that is approaching!!God help us all to do our duty to resolve these issues sensibly and peacefully!!!

I was there, too, and took over 300 pictures. The people were amazing, and for quite a few, you could tell this was no easy feat to get to DC, either physically or because of the expense. In fact, my own father flew in from Indianapolis to babysit my dog, so I could drive from CT to DC to be there for the weekend. There were elderly people in wheel chairs, parents with small kids, and it struck me that these nice people who are the backbone of this country, who make it work, are considered “extremists” by Napolitano, and “Nazi’s” by Pelosi and their ilk. The people who pay taxes for those who contribute nothing to this socieity, are fed up. The elitist snobs that make up the Democrat party have made a huge miscaluculation, and will pay dearly at the polls.

Whoever ran this event must have paid hundreds of millions for the signs alone. Don’t you agree that the astro turf organization that makes the signs went all out, creating a one of a kind home made looking sign for each protestor, rather than those professional looking, all the same signs of ACORN and SEIU? And the uniforms they paid people to wear – again, each one of a kind, making people look like your next door neighbors! They messed up, though, on the visibility of the “swastikas and such”. :-\

I would say you got your head count from MSNBC or one of the other government controlled media outlets. Head count estimates from a couple of universities varied from about a million to 1.7 million to 2 million. I was there and I will tell you people were packed solid on all three of the lawns in front of the west side of the building all the way back to 7th and Pennsylvania. The same held true for Constitution and Independence.

As far as people of color, I saw black, red, yellow.

I was proud to be a part of a demonstration where people didn’t burn things down like in the riots or tear up the downtown of a city as the leftists did in Seattle.
