What would MSNBC's anchors have in common with an irresponsible, immature, unemployed man-child?
Cable network MSNBC boosted its hate campaign against Sarah Palin last night, prominently featuring dubious allegations made by her ex-near-son-in-law Levi Johnston in Vanity Fair. Hosts Chris Matthews, Ed Schultz, and Keith Olbermann breathlessly covered the “story,” here, here, and here. The London Times described the claim Schultz found most important: Palin “had never touched a fishing rod.”
Of course, if Johnston spent more time with a rod in his hand, no one would know who he is.
