Everyone who is actually providing the artillery for this movement is rich. So much for their socialist goals. Why is this not talked about more often. I know that many conservatives are rich, but they don't have to apologize, they want everyone to have the same opportunities that they had, they same routes they used to better themselves. Rich progressives act like we are all retarded and unable to take care of ourselves. A task they will gladly do for a slice of our pie as well. I'm sick of leeches, who use phony politics and tired old social theorems to advance themselves. Saul Alinsky was a socially retarded jerk. I would like for you to know that much of that chapter was informed by author M. Stanton Evans, who (almost concurrently) came out with his own book about McCarthy titled "Blacklisted By History." As you know, Joe McCarthy has been largely vindicated by history. M.S. Evans uses Soviet archives, and unclassified US documents like the Venona transcripts ( fascinating study in themselves) to illustrate how thoroughly our State Department had been infiltrated by American communists who were collaborating with the NKVD. The book is a 'must have' for anybody that is interested in Cold War espionage and Joe McCarthy's struggle with the Tydings Panel.
