I noted that people who cried about aiding the poor, had very small, if any, donations to charity. They wanted to give other people's money away, but not their own. The people who made large contributions were the conservatives, and church going crowd. The former talked "liberal", but gave "conservative". I would be interested in seeing Maher's charitable contributions. As a CPA, I did thousands of income tax returns over many years.
