When was the last time we heard "truth and honesty" from our government? National health care should be a states issue. The states are "sovereign entities" according to the Constitution. Each state should decide whether or not to have it. They already have welfare and many other social programs. I'm bothered by the federal government which has, over time, progressively overstepped its Constitutional boundaries to the point where (it is obvious to me) it is becoming a dictatorship. Every time they want to institute a program, they run roughshod over the American people. National health care is really "medical" care. Health care has to do with eating natural foods and taking care of one's health. Most doctors don't dig far enough into nutrition to realize that most ailments are because we don't eat right, and there are natural remedies and foods that can help reverse the degenerating of the human metabolism. THEY ONLY USE DRUGS, DRUGS AND MORE DRUGS. Obama promised radical change. I believe it will be the return of feudalism. Since when has the government been fiscally responsible about anything? Unfortunately, there are too many of these extremists on each side of the issues. We all can do ourselves and them a favor by responding to them directly to point out their misinformation, missed or ignored information and outright lies if we ourselves have the facts to do so. That takes a bit of work sometimes and if we are not willing to do the work then we need to stay in the crowd that that listens to both sides and says to the shouters and name callers to cut the crap so we can hear the facts so we can make a reasonable decision about where we stand and who we support. Right,
Fortunately, most of us can identify the fear mongers for their shouting and offensive delivery.
