Attorney General calls spending on prisons "unsustainable"
 
Sean Hannity had some fun at Attorney General Eric Holder’s expense last night. On a special segment of his FOX News program, Hannity ran a video clip of Holder addressing the American Bar Association.
On the tape, Holder told the ABA audience that, “spending on prisons continues to rise. This is unsustainable…”
Hannity said he found it amusing that Holder represented the very same administration addicted to “unsustainable spending” on “everything from dinky airports to crab trapping.”
Holder’s address touched on familiar liberal talking points — taking it as a given that society needs an “alternative” to prisons — without quite resorting to more radical rhetoric about the U.S. “prison-industrial complex.”
Holder’s boss, of course, has a “longstanding tradition of: (a) lamenting the alleged racial “disparities in criminal sentencingâ€; (b) asserting that blacks and whites “receive very different sentences … for the same crimeâ€; and (c) complaining that “certain sentences … are based less on the kind of crime you commit than on what you look like and where you come from.” (Empirical data doesn’t support these familiar liberal talking points.)
As Clinton’s pardons specialist, Eric Holder IS the answer for the unsustainable spending for prisons issue. Through Holder’s work, Marc Rich and the Puerto Rican terrorists were pardoned in the last days of Clinton’s Presidency. Give the job to Holder and the prisons we have should be empty in no time!
So, who will be bringing the trains then?

I have one. Why not an American foreign legion? Hey just offer life time criminals prison or the Legion, which should be based on a Island in the middle of the Pacific.
Barring an option to some. That way we save on jails & can use the aggressive anti-authority types for the protection of our culture by those who abused it. Put the most hard ass commanders in charge with a lot of maneuvering room. Like summery executions for those who act like animals. Or we can do a Mariana. Dump every carrier crook a boot in the ass onto Saudi or other Islamic soil. Exile them to Muhammad’s lands of blood. Pour the worst of the West into the East. A scrumptious irony I do believe.
Personally I am tired of seeing folks in jail making nothing but trouble by draining the public purse with no remuneration from themselves. How about work camps for bums? They would be paid more than the jail birds. Minimum wage. Better than the $150,000 we spend on the “homeless†for their freedom to be small time law breakers, people abusers with the usual bevy of substance abusers. Who riddle our hospital corridors.
Lets look to the past that worked in the past. Not to the Dogma of Peewee Herman.

We could contract out our prisoners to the Russians. They have lots of Gulags and are well trained in handling prisoners. The ones located in Siberia are safe because they aren’t close to large population areas. The Russians and Chinese both have guards who could use work in a prison setting. We could “help” our allies. Our hard core criminals may appreciate America after a stint at a real prison.
We can only hope and pray that Holder and Company have absolutely nothing to do with any of this.
